Application Period for withdrawal for classes and credits : Mar 27th(Thu) ~ Mar 31st(Mon) (After the designated period, the withdrawal is not possible.) 2. Qualification for application a. Enrolled students who want to withdrawal for classes and credits 3. Required documents(attachments) a. Application form for withdrawal of classes b. Application form for withdrawal credits 4. Place for submission : Each Department office 5. Notes a. Those who want to withdrawal for classes they have applied for may give up the classes until 1/4 of classday for the each semester. b. Only for the case where the re-taking of class is impossible due to the course not being open in the applicable major, the F credits may be withdrawn during the period of credits withdrawal. - Office of Graduate School -

Submission of Thesis Plan We inform you the schedule and procedure of submitting the thesis plan for enrolled students in Master’s, Doctorate, and Integrated program for Spring semester, 2025. Those who scheduled to submit the thesis plan have to submit it to Department office within the designated period as below. 1. Eligibility A. Master’s program and Integrated program : Students who earned 12 credits or more of Major course B. Doctorate program : Students who earned 9 credits or more of Major course ※ Submission of Thesis plan is the previous step for submitting the dissertation later. So those who scheduled to submit the thesis for degree in or after Fall semester, 2025 have to thesis plan in this semester. 2. Period of submission: April 15th(Tue), 2025 ~ April 17th(Thu), 2025 3. Procedure 1) Printing out the Cover of Thesis Plan - Login to Portal website → Click [Academic Affairs Information] menu on the top of the page → Click [Grade/Graduation(성적/졸업)] Menu → Click [Registration of Thesis Proposal(논문계획서 등록)] menu on the left side of the page - Input → Input the title of the Thesis Plan → Click [PRINT THESIS COVER] button to output the “cover of Thesis Plan” 2) Write down the contents of Thesis plan - Download “the form of Thesis plan” which is attached on this page and prepare the contents of Thesis Plan 3) Submission - Get a Signature from Academic Advisor on “cover” and “thesis plan” → Submit it to the office of applicable department. Application for Credit Recognition from previous Graduate School, Spring 2025 This is to inform you of the application procedure for credit recognition for credits earned from a previous Graduate School for Spring Semester, 2025. New students for Spring 2025 and enrolled students who request related credit recognition have to submit the required documents to the Department office within the designated period stated below. 1. Application for credit recognition for credits earned from a previous Graduate School a. New Students and Transfer students in same Degree as the previous school 1) Master's course : Up to 1/2 credits acquired in the previous Graduate School 2) Doctorate course : Up to 1/2 credits of required credits for graduation acquired in the previous Graduate School are recognized for new students and transfer students. b. Required Documents - Application form for Credit Recognition for Previous Graduate School(Attachment), Transcript c. Evaluation Procedure - Credit Recognition confirmed by Academic Committee composed of 3 assessors (Profs.) of Department - Final decision from a Dean of Graduate School (credit assessed by the Department with the supervisionof the Dean of Department) d. Required Documents - Application form for recognition of credit completion of special courses for Master's Degree(Attachment), Transcript c. Period of Submission : March 25th(Tue), 2025 d. Place for submission : Each Department Office 3. Searching for the Result of Credit Recognition a. You can find the result of Credit Recognition through Portal website. Please check the results of Credit Recognition for completion of courses. b.
